Revisions & Scope of Work
- Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the initial agreement.
- A revision is defined as a reasonable modification to the existing design, including minor text changes, color adjustments, and layout refinements.
- Revisions do not include major structural changes, new page additions, or complete redesigns. These will be treated as new work and quoted separately.
- All revision requests must be completed prior to finalizing the project; after this period, additional changes will be billed separately.
- Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be quoted before proceeding.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and details before the project begins to avoid delays.
- Any delay in providing required materials may result in an extension of the project timeline.
Ownership & Copyright
- Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design, logo, or marketing material.
- CallSignHendo reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Website Maintenance & Security
- Clients opting out of maintenance services are responsible for keeping their website updated and secure.
- CallSignHendo is not liable for security breaches or functionality issues occurring after project handoff unless a maintenance plan is in place.
- For eCommerce websites, product updates will be completed within 24 hours of submission to ensure smooth operation.
Third-Party Services
- Any third-party tools, integrations, or hosting services used in website development are subject to their own terms of service.
- CallSignHendo is not responsible for downtime, outages, or issues caused by third-party service providers.
