Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on any project.
- Full payment is required upon project completion before the website is launched.
- For ongoing maintenance services, payments are due on a recurring basis as agreed upon in the service plan. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once work has begun.
- If a project is canceled before work starts, a refund may be provided, minus any expenses incurred or planning costs.
- If a client is dissatisfied with the work, reasonable revisions will be made within the scope of the original project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
